We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our diverse portfolio of companies and drive strategic growth across all business units. As the top executive, you will be responsible for setting the overall direction, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with the organization’s vision and long-term goals.
- Lead, motivate, and oversee senior management teams across various divisions to ensure cohesive execution of company objectives.
- Drive financial performance by overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout all levels of the organization.
- Represent the organization in high-level negotiations, industry events, and stakeholder engagements to enhance reputation and strategic partnerships.
- Supervise operational activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high standards of quality across all business units.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt strategies for sustained success.
Requirements
- Proven management experience at an executive level with a track record of leading large organizations or multiple business units.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, build consensus, and drive organizational change.
- Supervising experience in complex environments with a focus on operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
- Solid financial management skills including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate vision clearly to diverse audiences including stakeholders, partners, and employees.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative strategies that foster growth and competitive advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.

Pay: £45,000.00-£175,000.00 per year
