We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust at a pivotal time for cancer care. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the transformation and continuous improvement of cancer services, supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with the national cancer strategy.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive strategic transformation across cancer pathways, leading programmes that enhance clinical outcomes, operational performance, and patient experience. You will work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and system partners to redesign services, embed innovation, and deliver sustainable improvements across the cancer portfolio.

Lead the development and delivery of strategic transformation programmes across cancer services
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on performance, quality, and patient outcomes
Translate national cancer priorities into local delivery plans, ensuring alignment with the NHS Long Term Plan and national cancer strategy
Work in partnership with clinicians, regional networks, and system stakeholders to redesign pathways and improve access, timeliness, and equity of care
Identify and implement innovative approaches to service delivery, including use of data, digital tools, and new models of care
Provide strong programme leadership, governance, and assurance across complex transformation initiatives
You will be an experienced leader with a strong track record in service improvement and transformation within a healthcare setting. You will bring strategic insight, operational expertise, and a passion for improving cancer care.
