Used Car Sales Person
Full-Time | £40,000+ OTE | Bedfordshire
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ car sales experience (required)
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Must be 25+ for insurance purposes
- Sales and target-driven with a passion for cars
- Strong customer service and communication skills
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Person to join our long-established independent dealership in Bedfordshire. Established since the 1930s and selling cars to the public since 1966, we offer excellent earning potential with uncapped commission and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle from our stock
- Provide quotations and explain finance, warranties, and insurance options
- Negotiate sales and part exchanges with management support
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Support with vehicle collections, deliveries, MOTs, and general dealership duties

- Passion for cars and the motor trade
- Computer literate and professional
- Ability to understand customer needs and FCA/CRA2015 requirements
- Team player with willingness to learn and support the business
Working Hours
Week 1: 6 days (1 weekday off)
Week 2: 5 days (1 weekday off + Sunday off)
- Monday–Friday: 08:00–17:30
- Saturday: 08:00–17:00
- Sunday: 09:30–16:00
