We are seeking a friendly and attentive Spa Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment for our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and communal spaces
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are well-stocked, organised, and functioning properly
- Assist with setting up treatment rooms prior to appointments and cleaning after treatments
- Monitor guest comfort levels and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
- Uphold health and safety protocols at all times, including infection control procedures
- Support the janitorial team in maintaining overall cleanliness of the spa premises
- Provide information about available treatments and services to guests as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends if required
- A professional attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
