The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers to provide personalised support to pupils, helping them thrive in and out of the classroom. You will:
- Support children with EHCPs in a 1:1 or small group setting
- Encourage independence, build confidence, and promote emotional wellbeing
- Create a positive, engaging learning environment tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate closely with staff and therapists to deliver holistic support
