Responsibilities
- Reception, Bar & Kiosk
- Assist with serving customers, taking orders, and providing friendly, attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Contribute to upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance customer experience
- Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Previous Reception or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing stock levels
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
