Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily breakfast menu planning, ingredient ordering, and inventory management to optimize food production efficiency.
- Supervise food and beverage service operations, including bartending and serving duties when necessary, to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Train new team members on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, customer service standards, and operational policies.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, motivation, and clear communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on breakfast or morning service.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices within a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Experience in managing food safety standards and implementing health regulations effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams efficiently while maintaining high morale.
- Familiarity with barista skills or bartending experience is advantageous for creating specialty coffee or beverage offerings.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations including serving guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant environments that emphasize quality service and operational excellence is preferred.
