Job Description – Operations Assistant, Fixed Term Contract - 6 months
This role provides high-quality, professional support to both the operations team in delivering successful offline and online programmes.
The duties are outlined below:
Programme Coordination
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the programmes when they operate
- Maintaining and updating database as requested
- Meeting with suppliers and maintaining communications with them regarding bookings, rates, changes etc.
-Maintaining and updating stock count for office and programme supplies
- Supporting the Operations Management team in the recruitment of temporary staff for in-person programmes
Student Support
- Being responsible for preparing, organising and populating programme documents with up-to-date materials and information, ensuring accuracy, clarity and consistency in content
- Reviewing student and staff feedback from previous programmes and presenting to the Operations Management team
Team Participation and Responsibilities
- Maintaining and improving efficiency of current working methods
- Prioritising your workload effectively and pre-empting any issues that may arise where possible
- Similar general administration duties and programme support tasks online and offline
Job Type: Full-time
