Escape London is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Venue Supervisor to join our growing team across our Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush locations.

Whether your background is in hospitality, leisure or entertainment, we are looking for someone who can inspire others, lead by example, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide team members during shifts in Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush venue
- Ensure every customer receives outstanding service from arrival to departure in both venues
- Support the day-to-day operation of the venue, including opening and closing procedures.
- Be open to learn basic DIY and troubleshoot the puzzles
- Manage bookings, customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Monitor game operations and ensure a 5* customer journey
- Be part of onboarding and Train new team members
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the venues
- Assist with stock management and venue administration when required.
- Promote escape rooms on Social Media platforms
- Work closely with the Senior Manager to foster clear and effective team communication while delivering exceptional, five-star escape room experiences for every guest
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience in 5* hospitality, leisure, entertainment, retail, or customer service environments
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to solve issues on the go
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Interest in escape rooms, gaming, or immersive entertainment is a bonus
