Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations from food preparation to service delivery
- Lead and motivate team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and baristas, to achieve high performance standards
- Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times
- Manage food production processes, maintaining quality and consistency in every dish served
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods
- Monitor customer service standards, address guest concerns promptly, and enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with the culinary team to plan menus, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of orders
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively
- Experience in food safety practices and maintaining hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving and barista duties preferred
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes essential for success in this role
Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
