The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operational, reporting, marketing, technology, and administrative workflows that support our growing business.
You will be responsible for coordinating internal projects, maintaining key reporting rhythms, supporting the development and upkeep of our website and marketing materials, administering core business systems, and helping ensure that projects move forward efficiently across the team.
This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, can manage multiple workstreams at once, and is confident coordinating across commercial, marketing, technology, and finance--related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track progress across internal projects, ensuring actions are clearly assigned, followed up, and reported to the senior management team.
- Prepare progress updates, meeting notes, and other internal reporting materials.
- Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of the company websites, working with internal stakeholders and external contractors where required.
- Assist with website design, content updates, and website copywriting to ensure our online presence remains clear, accurate, and commercially effective.
- Support the creation and updating of marketing materials, including decks, flyers, presentations, and other business development collateral.
- Help maintain and improve CRM processes, ensuring information is organized, up-to-date, and relevant for commercial outreach and relationship management.
- Conduct research into markets, partners, competitors, products, and business development opportunities.
- Coordinate with external advisers where required, including supporting IP management, insurance administration, and principal firm communications.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including role-scoping, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding administration.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, documentation, systems, and team workflows.
- Work flexibly across the business to support operational priorities as they evolve.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Experience in operations management, business administration, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-focused role.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong written communication skills and confidence preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Comfortable working with websites, digital tools, CRM systems, and business software. Coding experience is a good to have.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable coordinating with external suppliers, contractors, and professional advisers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working across different business functions.
Desirable
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, art, collectibles, luxury assets, or another specialist market.
- Experience with website platforms, CMS tools, CRM platforms, or marketing software.
- Experience supporting marketing content, pitch decks, newsletters, social media, or other commercial collateral.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, invoice management, or operational finance processes.
- Understanding of regulated financial services environments or experience working with compliance/legal stakeholders.
