Join one of the UK's leading Public Sector Procurement SaaS businesses.
At Contracts Advance, we're helping organisations across the UK find and win public sector contracts. Since 2008, we've grown into a thriving SaaS business, with more than 3,000 organisations using our services to discover and secure contracts.
What really sets us apart is our people.
With 35% year-on-year growth for the past five years, ambitious plans and a team of talented, driven individuals, we're creating an environment where people can build meaningful careers, make a genuine impact and grow alongside the business.
If you're looking for a role where you'll be supported, challenged and given the opportunity to develop, there's never been a more exciting time to join us.
Your Impact:
As a BDM at Contracts Advance, you'll be instrumental in driving the continued growth of the business. Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing deals, you'll identify and develop new business, lead meaningful commercial conversations and demonstrate the value Contracts Advance can bring.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the challenge of creating new opportunities and closing deals. You'll receive qualified target account data that aligns with our sales strategy, enabling you to quickly build and take ownership of your pipeline. Before accounts are assigned, our marketing team runs targeted campaigns to warm prospects and increase engagement, giving you a stronger platform for meaningful conversations and higher conversion rates. You'll manage your own activity, nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle, and play a key role within a high-performing sales team.
With ambitious growth plans, a market-leading commission scheme and a clear pathway into a Senior Business Development Manager role, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to accelerate their career within a fast-growing SaaS business.
Day to day:
- Receive qualified companies, targeted as part of strategic data campaigns
- Prospect qualified companies via outbound activity across phone, email and LinkedIn
- Prepare and conduct sales meetings with prospects

What we’re looking for:
- A proven history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a Business Development or similar sales role.
- Highly motivated by success, with a strong desire to maximise earnings through outstanding performance and uncapped commission.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and see ambitious goals as an opportunity, not a challenge.
- Self-driven, competitive and accountable for delivering outstanding results.
- Commercially astute with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Life at Contracts Advance:
As well as the day job, we’re proud of the culture we’ve built. Whether it’s celebrating success, giving back to our local community or getting together as a team, we believe work should be enjoyable as well as rewarding.
