This role will oversee all our services ensuring they remain compliant whilst striving for continued excellence in all areas of care.
As our Head of Care Compliance and Nominated Individual you will support Managers within Respite care, Day Service and Supported Living to ensure that we provide the best standards of care and continue to develop our services for the benefit of our service users.
Hours: 25 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days Monday to Friday
Pay: £45,000- £55,000 per annum (pro rata)

You would be joining a family run business, originally founded by the family who set up our first Day Service Centre from their own family home. This came after realising there was a strong need for support in their local area. We are an award-winning, high-quality provider of person-centred social care services for adults.
We assist people with a range of needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, dementia, autistic spectrum, and sensory needs. Our sites are in the heart of the community, with a range of different settings including a comprehensive Day Service, Respite facility with state-of-the-art Hydrotherapy Spa and Sensory Suite, Supported Living settings, promoting development and life skills and an Employability hub.
As our Head of Care Compliance and Nominated Individual you will lead on quality assurance and regulatory compliance whilst continuing to develop our care strategies to enhance service quality, promote person centred care and reflect current best practice. You will also work with the Senior Leadership team to shape longer term plans that align with our organisational vision and values. Alongside being our Nominated Individual.
The role is a great mix of hands on Management support and compliance mixed with longer term planning within a family run organisation.
Skills Required
- Comprehensive understanding of the adult social care sector- ideally within learning disabilities and/or autism services
- Previous experience as a registered manager, with string knowledge of CQC regulations and current legislative frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in compliance, governance, or strategic leadership roles
- Proven ability to lead service improvement initiatives and manage change effectively
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to person-centred care and inclusion
- ideally applicants should have a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care
- previous experience within a day service environment would be advantageous
Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
