You’ll be joining the Governance team within Service Delivery at DWF Claims; a global insurance claims handling business operating across the UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia and North America. This is a central function that supports multiple regions and plays a key role in ensuring quality, compliance and operational excellence across the business.
The team is involved in a broad and interesting mix of activities, including internal controls, client audits, onboarding new clients, due diligence, and maintaining policies and procedures. You’ll also contribute to important areas such as complaints handling, data protection and risk management, giving you exposure to a wide range of governance and compliance processes within an international business.
This is a collaborative, geographically spread team, offering flexibility in where you are based across the UK (with key hubs in Leeds, Bristol and London). You’ll benefit from a flexible hybrid working approach, with some office time expected and opportunities to connect in person through quarterly team meetings.
You’ll have the chance to work with stakeholders across multiple countries, gaining international exposure while largely operating within UK working hours. Where occasional flexibility is needed to support global colleagues, this is balanced with adjustments to your working pattern.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate audit preparation, including scheduling and gathering input from internal stakeholders

Support audit delivery, including tracking actions and maintaining audit logs

Assist with due diligence activities for client onboarding and tenders

Administer peer review processes (file selection, follow-ups, action tracking)

Monitor client satisfaction scores and escalate trends or concerns

Track complaints and ensure updates are recorded within agreed timeframes

Maintain governance records within risk and compliance systems

Support data-related queries and reporting across Service Delivery teams

Liaise with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions
