Supervisor/Duty Manager
The Best Western George Hotel in Swaffham is a busy, hotel & events venue. We’re looking for a supervisor to support the leadership of our teams and help keep service running smoothly during day to day & events.
This is a hands-on, floor-based role where you’ll support the General Manager & Assistant Manager, supervise bar staff, and make sure guests receive great service from start to finish.

About You
- Experience working in a busy bar or events environment
- Comfortable leading a team during live service
- Calm, reliable, and guest-focused
- Available to work day time, evenings and weekends, straight shifts no splits
