Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and general paperwork
- Maintain customer files and compliance records
- Assist with bookings, logistics, and diary management
- Answer calls, emails, and provide front-office support
- Support sales and aftersales teams as needed
Requirements
- Admin experience preferred
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication
- Full UK driving licence
