The platform enables data-driven decision-making, reducing nonproductive time (NPT) and invisible lost time (ILT), while improving rate of penetration (ROP), operational efficiency, and overall well quality. By transitioning from reactive workflows to intelligent automation, Kantori helps deliver safer, more consistent, and higher-performing drilling operations.
As a Kantori Service Leader, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating desk assignment; analyze and prepare offset data.

Defining target KPIs with customer teams; prepare KPI targets and reporting framework.

Preparing rig control introduction plans for new assets with internal and external stakeholders
-
Supporting game‑plan preparation and integration into the DOP/work instruction.

Preparing Offset data and Risk assessment along with GnC & WC product lines.
-
Supporting engineering case preparation & QC, within Kantori Intelligent Well Planning pre‑well case (well plan, formation tops, PPG/mud weight gradients, BHAs/RSS constraints, operating limits).

Preparing and present “No-Drilling Surprises” process to ensure Target well recommendations.

Ensuring proper deliverables and Drilling Optimization plan is communicated and embedded on Kantori solutions, KPIs definition, Drilling Parameters map shared with Corva for monitoring.

Attending IPWP

Establishing internal and external Microsoft Teams collaboration groups for real‑time operations; enrolling all stakeholders, brief roles and communication protocol ahead of execution. Creating e-mail distribution list for daily and EOS reports.

Ensuring customer and other service partners understand deliverables and agreed on drilling optimization plan and recommendations, enable Kantori applications overview.

Ensuring receipt of a to‑spec Intelligent Well Planning case from the Applications Engineer and verify inputs/assumptions meet objectives.

Conducting pre‑go‑live familiarization session with all stakeholders.

Holistically reviewing plan vs actual to ensure corrective actions are communicated timely.

Attending the most critical morning calls daily; discuss last‑24‑hour performance and improvement opportunities against targets

QCing reporting and comms: reviewing and approving all daily reports; continuously QCing outputs from the 24/7 desk and monitor deliverables for accuracy, completeness, & timely follow‑up.

Producing end‑of‑section and end‑of‑well reports highlighting value delivered versus the pre‑defined KPIs (e.g., time saved, NPT avoided, ROP uplift, consistency metrics).

Leading lessons‑learned sessions, capturing actions, and updating playbooks and templates.

Developing and publishing case studies for noteworthy performance improvements; secure approvals and distribute to stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proved experience in the oil and gas industry). Relevant experience in Drilling Services operations.

Strong understanding of optimizing drilling and completions practices.

Proficiency with troubleshooting and resolving basic software, computer, and network issues.
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication skills.
Work Arrangement
The Kantori Service Leader is expected to work from the Aberdeen office with significant travel, in accordance with the organization’s work-from-office requirements
