Salary: Grade 5, Point 7 - 8, £19,949 - £20,261
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week, term-time only
Location: Three Bridges, Crawley

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be organised, efficient and flexible
- Be willing to work hard to make sure all children at Three Bridges are well supported
- Have high expectations of children’s behaviour
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with children, staff and the wider school community
- Be able to support children of different abilities and ages, 1:1 or groups
- Be willing to contribute to the wider life of our school
- Have good Maths and English skills, GCSE grade C or equivalent
