Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various residential premises. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential cleaning services and a keen eye for detail, ensuring environments are safe, welcoming, and well-presented.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties.
- Inspect rooms upon departure of residents
- Changing the linen
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is essential.
- A driving licence and your own car are essential (YOU KEEP CLEANING SUPPLIES WITH YOU)
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational skills and reliability.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene. This position is suitable for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to creating clean, safe spaces.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
