Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams and ensure exceptional service standards across various client sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Lead, motivate, and support cleaning staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks efficiently to meet client needs and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, health & safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, training, and operational reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning supervision or management within a commercial environment
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and liaise with clients
- Valid driving license for transportation between sites if required
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to motivate teams and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
