Whether you want regular contracted hours or greater flexibility, we will work with you to identify suitable shifts and care runs in your area.

No Experience? No Problem!
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. What matters most is having the right attitude, being dependable and genuinely wanting to make a difference.
We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you feel confident in your role.
About the Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you will help our service users remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
Your duties may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Supporting with shopping and social activities
- Assisting with medication
- Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and grooming
- Helping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Completing clear and accurate care records
- Working independently and as part of a supportive care team

A driving licence and access to a car are advantageous, particularly for some community care runs, but may not be essential for every available area or shift.
