We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to support the operational and administrative needs of our Asbestos Division.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between clients, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and management, helping to ensure projects progress smoothly from initial instruction through to completion and invoicing.

Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain accurate service records, including contracts, invoices, training records and client communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and issue resolution.
- Monitor Contract timeframes and collect data to same end.
- Collaborate with employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Previous experience in a contracts, project coordination, construction administration or similar role is not essential but preferable as training and monitoring / shadowing will be provided.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident dealing with clients, contractors and site personnel.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a wider team.
Pay: From £15.50 per hour
