KIOSK TEAM MEMBER - PANKU STREETFOOD

Hours: 15 hours per week + potential overtime
Availability: must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
We’re Panku! A group of food lovers with one common passion to create freshly made, delicious rice & noodle bowls, sizzling street food and hand-rolled SUSHI for everyone to enjoy. Panku brings together all the flavours of East and Southeast Asia to one place. From umami Japanese or punchy Korean to the aromatic fresh flavours of Thailand and Vietnam, Panku has it all to feast on.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential.
- A basic understanding of culinary techniques and food preparation methods is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene standards is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Duties:
- Rolling and cutting sushi
- Making ready meals and snacks
- Ensure that all food is stored correctly and adheres to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods
