Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a dedicated home care team. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations. Your leadership will foster a compassionate environment where residents receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs. Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
- Maintain and improve CQC compliance.
- Ensure safe delivery of high-quality person-centred care.
- Lead and motivate office staff and care teams.
- Ensure robust safeguarding and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor KPIs including compliance, incidents, complaints and service quality.
- Work closely with local authorities, NHS professionals and other stakeholders.
- Support business growth while maintaining excellent care standards.
- Drive continuous quality improvement throughout the organisation.
Experience
- Proven experience managing a domiciliary care or assisted living facility with a strong understanding of CQC regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or management roles within senior or dementia care settings.
- Extensive knowledge of domcare, including medication management and care planning.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Strong background in managing teams, ensuring staff are well-trained, motivated, and compliant with best practices.
- Previous experience in home care or nursing environments is highly desirable to ensure comprehensive understanding of elderly care services.
- Full UK Driving Licence
