Location and shift pattern
Work across Colchester (CO2, CO3, CO4)
Flexible shift patterns including 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, 09:00-17:00, and 09:00-16:00, our minimum call time is 3 hours
Drivers Required – or to be able to get to relevant locations

The role
- Provide personalised 1:1 support for people with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, autism, elderly care and complex health conditions
- Support with personal care, daily activities and accessing the community
- work with service users with differing levels of communication needs, including non-verbal, using communication tools and approaches
- Confident with manual handling tasks including wheelchair use and hoisting
- Build meaningful relationships while developing professional care skills
