Access Personnel Ltd are currently hiring Food Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a leading producer of Smoked Salmon products who are based in Fort William, Scotland.
*Dayshift and Nightshift positions available*
Duties to include -
- Processing Salmon, from the cured stage, to slicing the product and packaging ready for dispatch.
- Keeping all areas of the factory clean and tidy
- Prepare for any requirements for the following day
- Wearing, company suppled, PPE, in accordance with health and safety and food safety requirements.
- Full training including qualifications in hygiene, health & safety.
- Use of machinery and manual handling.
- Following all Health and Safety and Fire Procedures.

All training provided on site and no experience necessary.
Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and hard working.

Full time position –
Dayshift- Full time position – 45 + hours per week.
Normally shifts run between factory hours - 7.30am-5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
Nightshift - Working week would be 5 shifts covering 6 days on a rotational basis. Hours- 20:00 - 07:00 each shift.
