Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday between 7:30am - 6:00pm (shift pattern)

We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator who can bring together workplace operations, reception, client hosting and five-star service to our Client's office runs smoothly every day.
Based in a prestigious corporate workplace, you will help create a safe, efficient and professional environment for colleagues, clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction feels warm, polished and well organised.
This is a hands-on coordination role, combining guest services and reception, office operations, workplace standards, meeting support and client hosting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a safe, efficient and professional environment across floors 6 and 7
Deliver a warm, polished reception and client hosting experience for visitors, clients and colleagues
Manage visitor services, guest passes, mail, couriers and key workplace support tasks
Support client meetings, VIP visits, events and internal communications, ensuring spaces are prepared to a high standard
Maintain workplace presentation, office resources, equipment and supplies, escalating any health, safety or operational issues promptly
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer service, hospitality, corporate reception, workplace services or office coordination
Confident, warm and professional communication style with a natural hosting approach
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a busy workplace
Pride in presentation, service standards and attention to detail
A proactive “how can I help?” mindset, with confidence supporting colleagues, clients and visitors
