Job Summary - Part Time - 3 days per week
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining efficient office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. Responsibilities
- Optical Experience preferred
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, as required.
- Support invoicing, billing, and other financial administrative duties.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Optical Experience preferred
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
