We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support construction and maintenance operations. This role requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as assigned
- Help with the assembly and disassembly of structures as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing environments
