Buttercross Dental Practice is a brand-new, purpose-built private dental practice opening in the heart of Bungay, and we're looking for a warm, friendly and highly organised Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.
You'll be one of the first people our patients speak to and see, so you'll play an important part in creating the welcoming, personal and professional experience we want every patient to receive.
This is an opportunity to join us from the very beginning and help shape the atmosphere and patient experience of a new private practice.
About you
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates naturally and warmly, and takes pride in making things run smoothly.
You'll bring:
- A warm, friendly and professional manner
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating by telephone, email and in person
- Confidence using computers and managing appointments
- The ability to remain calm, positive and organised in a busy environment
- A genuine commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
Previous experience in dental or healthcare reception would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. We'd also love to hear from candidates with excellent customer service experience from hospitality, retail or other people-focused roles.
For us, finding the right personality and attitude is just as important as previous dental experience.
Dental nursing experience would also be an advantage, and there may be opportunities for the right person to develop their skills and provide occasional clinical support in the future.
