The Role
We are looking for an experienced, self-employed inventory clerk to join our growing team. You will carry out property inspections and compile professional inventory reports, check-in reports, check-out reports and mid-term inspections on rented properties across Greater London.
This is a freelance, part-time role with immediate start available.
What We Need From You
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a property inventory clerk
- Proven experience using Inventory Base software
- Excellent written and spoken English — reports must be clear, detailed and professional
- Sharp eye for detail — nothing gets missed
- Ability to work to tight timescales and manage your own schedule effectively
- Punctual, reliable and professionally presented (smart casual)
- Strong communication skills — you will deal directly with landlords, tenants and letting agents
- Ability to cover the Greater London area

Experienced clerks only — we are unable to consider applications from candidates without a minimum of 2 years' inventory experience.
Pay: £45.00-£190.00 per day
