We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team at Conifer Lodges as a Part-Time Receptionist.
The core role is providing reception cover for approximately two days per week (16 hours minimum). For applicants looking for additional hours, there is the opportunity to join our housekeeping team on other days.
Reception duties include, but are not limited to, answering telephones, taking bookings, responding to emails and social media enquiries, and being the first point of contact for guests arriving at our site. You will also assist guests during their stay and help resolve any queries or issues they may have.
Applicants must have a positive approach to work, excellent customer service skills and be computer literate. A friendly and professional manner is essential, as you will often be the face of Conifer Lodges for our guests.
For those wishing to increase their hours, housekeeping work is available and involves cleaning our self-catering lodges to the highest possible standards. You must be able to work well as part of a small team and take pride in maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness.
Weekend working will be required as part of the role. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
