We are seeking a Client Care – Pre-Cremation Support team member to join our Cremation team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring every family and every pet is treated with the utmost dignity, care, and respect throughout their journey with us.

The Role
As our Pre-Cremation Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring every pet is cared for with dignity and every family’s wishes are delivered with precision and compassion.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and care for deceased pets with dignity, respect, and sensitivity at all times
- Carry out pre-cremation wishes, including:
- Paw and nose prints
- Paw print moulds
- Fur clippings
- Prioritise pre-cremation activities in line with CRM reports and family requirements
- Accurately record all details and belongings within the CRM system
- Ensure pets are prepared appropriately for “Coming to Say Goodbye” appointments
- Safely move and place pets within the cool room, ensuring accurate grid referencing
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels within the pre-cremation area
- Complete daily and weekly checklists
- Support stock deliveries and general operational tasks
- Assist the cremations team where required

- Starting salary: £27,262.95, increasing after successful probation
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to our rural location
