As Bartender, you will deliver exceptional beverage experiences by preparing and serving drinks to the highest standards, ensuring quality, consistency and presentation at all times. You will create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, combining technical expertise with a passion for guest service, while supporting the smooth operation of the bar and contributing to an outstanding and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits, in line with recipes and brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment and service areas
- Prepare fresh garnishes and ensure all ingredients meet quality standards
- Monitor stock levels, replenishing ice, glassware, supplies and beverages as required
- Transport and organise supplies to ensure readiness for service
- Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions
- Anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalised service
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Follow all health, safety and hygiene standards at all times

- Proven experience in a bar or beverage service role, ideally within a luxury or high‑end environment
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and bar operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation

- Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
