Faber Building Services Ltd is looking for an organised and reliable Operations Administrator to join our friendly office team on a permanent, part-time basis.
This is a busy, varied and process-driven role providing administrative support across our operations team. Initially, you'll support one of our key housebuilder clients, with the opportunity to assist across other areas of the business as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing new jobs using our job management system.
- Scheduling works and allocating jobs to operatives.
- Preparing and issuing customer reports and updates.
- Monitoring job progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with customers, homeowners, subcontractors and colleagues.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries.
- Supporting the wider operations team with day-to-day administration.
About You
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and computer-based systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
- Friendly, professional and reliable.
Hours & Benefits
- Permanent position.
- 25 hours per week (5 days per week, 4 hours per day).
- Flexible working hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm, subject to business needs.
