IQS are looking to appoint a retired/semi retired Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in professional surveys, dilapidations, traditional building surveys.
Within this position, you will thrive in an environment with a continuous stream of work whilst working with senior professionals.
- Shadowing and training of Surveyors at Properties
- Undertaking Quality Assurance of reports for Level 2 & 3 surveys.
- Report on findings, including recommendations for further invasive investigations or remediation.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
