As a Housekeeping Evening Office Coordinator you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
- Manage room allocation for the evening room attendant
- Managing the workload for the evening house porter and ensuring all his tasks are completed
- Closing Jobs in the system ( Nexus), allocations removal and setting up for the morning shift
- Preparing the floor supervisor task list with all the statuses and room requests
- Follow up on Nexus cases
- Carry out administrative task such as handover preparation for the Morning Office Coordinator
- Dealing with guest phone calls and queries
- Ensure frequent communication with the Front Office Coordinator in regards to room allocation, departures, priority rooms and out of service/ out of order rooms.

- Previous experience in a 5 star hotel environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, Nexus and Opera
