Woodforde's Brewery is nestled in the picturesque village of Woodbastwick, Norfolk. We have been hand crafting exceptional beers since 1981. A pivotal moment in our history unfolded in 1996 when our renowned Wherry bitter earned the prestigious title of CAMRA Supreme Champion Beer of Britain. We brew a range of cask, keg, bottle and can beers that are delivered directly throughout East Anglia.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative/Brewery Assistant to join our team.
Duties include picking trade and ecommerce orders for loading onto hauliers or for customer collections.
Unloading stock, raw materials and booking them into our system. Reporting shortages and issues.
Rotating stock of ingredients and finished products.
Assist with stock counts, date code checks and warehouse planning. To maximise capacity and pick sequence.
Maintaining a clean/tidy working environment.
Must be able to prioritise own workload.
When caught up with warehouse work you will assist in the Brewery mainly packaging our products.
You will need to assist with deliveries driving a 3.5 tonne van. Ideally with an interest to gain a 7.5 tonne vehicle licence if not already held.
Required skills include full UK driving licence. Ideally clean.
Heavy lifting involved so you must be physically fit.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Forklift licence or Reach truck license is essential.
This is a full-time position, Core hours Monday – Friday 08:00– 16:30.
Due to business needs flexibility on start and finish times may be required.
