Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team in Inverness.
This permanent role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in office software, and demonstrate a friendly yet professional demeanour.

Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and clients to Munro & Noble in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering incoming calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette
- Managing appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Handling data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records
- Carrying out general office administration duties such as typing, scanning, filing, banking, dealing with all post including franked mail and DX
- Using MS Office programmes, e.g. Word, Outlook for daily tasks
- Supporting team members with organisational needs and correspondence
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area at all times
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks demonstrating attention to detail
- Strong phone etiquette with clear communication abilities
- Competent in typing quickly and accurately under pressure
- An ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
- A friendly demeanour, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities professionally
Experience required
We are looking for candidates with a good standard of general education, particularly English.
Previous experience working in a reception-based role, ideally within a legal firm is preferred but not essential. What is important is that you are willing to learn, with a "can do", flexible attitude.

Pay: £25,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
