Portal Security is recruiting an experienced and professional Security Officer to join our team, supporting a prestigious high end retail and hospitality site in Piccadilly.
This is a high-level role providing essential night cover as well as high-profile events. You will be expected to maintain exceptional standards at all times while adapting quickly to different corporate, hospitality and retail environments.
We are looking for candidates with strong high end retail and corporate security experience, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to handle a range of situations professionally. You will represent Portal Security at a high-profile location, where standards and expectations are consistently high.
This role is suited to officers who are fully flexible, reliable and have experience working nights.
Job Details
- Pay: £14.80 per hour
- Shifts: Nights - 4 on 4 off pattern.
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: Prestigious hospitality and retail site in Piccadilly
Essential Requirements
- Valid DS SIA Licence (mandatory)
- Extensive corporate security experience (mandatory)
- Extensive high end retail security experience (mandatory)
- Proven customer service and client-facing skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate environments and protocols
- Minimum 5-year checkable work history (mandatory for vetting)
- Valid, in-date Right to Work documents (mandatory)
- Full availability and flexibility (short notice cover essential)
- Valid DBS (desirable)
