Working Hours
Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern:
- 9:00am–6:00pm
- 10:00am–7:00pm
Weekend and Bank Holiday working may be required depending on business needs.

The Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Global Reservations Executive to join our Reservations team.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in hospitality, travel or serviced apartments.
You will manage booking enquiries from initial request through to confirmation, amendments and cancellations, while working closely with colleagues across QGN, Aeria Apartments and QDK.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to reservation enquiries by phone, email and online channels.
- Check availability, rates and booking conditions.
- Prepare accommodation options and quotations for clients and guests.
- Process new reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Manage booking amendments, extensions, cancellations and no-shows.
- Keep guest and booking information accurate and up to date.
- Communicate booking details and changes to clients, guests and relevant internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to offer alternative accommodation, upgrades or additional services.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations and Guest Experience teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Use our current reservation and CRM systems, including ResHarmonics, Oscar, HubSpot and partner portals.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly and professional approach to customer service.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
- The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel or reservations is an advantage but not essential.
Portuguese or Spanish language skills would be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
