Santuario is an exciting new premium Steakhouse & Smokehouse opening in the heart of Fleet, Hampshire.
We're building something special—a restaurant where guests come for perfectly cooked steaks, authentic low & slow smoked meats, fresh seasonal dishes and outstanding hospitality.
We're looking for an ambitious, passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen from day one. This is an opportunity to put your own stamp on a brand-new restaurant, build your own team and help shape our menu and food culture.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop the kitchen team.
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Deliver exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Work with the owners to develop seasonal menus and exciting new dishes.
- Prepare and oversee premium steaks, smoked meats, burgers and modern steakhouse favourites.
- Manage stock ordering, food cost and kitchen budgets.
- Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
- Recruit, train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Help build a positive, professional and motivated kitchen culture.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
- Experience within a steakhouse, smokehouse, grill restaurant or busy restaurant environment is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.
- Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while leading a busy service.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example.
