Manager - full time

We are seeking motivated and dynamic People to join our Silverburn team. Must have a passion for working with Jewellery. The ideal candidates will possess strong Managment and leadership skills along with communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They Must have at least 3years Management Experience for this position. As a Moriconi staff member you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with our clients. Your ability to negotiate effectively and manage your time efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our sales team. Show the understanding of KPI's and overall store sales and figures.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to enhance customer understanding.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
- Be on top of staffing rotas, timesheets and making sure the store is fully managed at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management- Minimum 3years, and have worked in a customer-facing RETAIL role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and drive sales results.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with IT systems and tools that support sales processes is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
