We are a creative and fast-growing company seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to drive efficiency, align teams, and enhance processes.
The Role:
As Head of Operations, you will lead the development of streamlined workflows, efficient resource management, and a high-performing operations function. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you’ll ensure projects run smoothly, teams are aligned, and resources are optimised.
Key Responsibilities:
· Align Creative, Production, and Client Services teams for seamless communication and handovers.
· Implement streamlined processes for project workflows, documentation, and resource management.
· Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
· Oversee workshop, fleet, and storage operations for optimal efficiency.
· Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Champion health and safety standards across all operations.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
