This is an exciting opportunity to join our People Services team as a Band 3 Administrator , based at Ysbyty Gwynedd , providing essential support to both our Recruitment and HR teams .
As a key member of the team, you will be at the heart of our People Services function, acting as a first point of contact for employees, managers, candidates and members of the public. This role offers valuable exposure to both Recruitment and HR, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within these professional areas.
No two days are the same. Working in a busy and fast-paced environment, you'll provide a range of administrative support services that help ensure the smooth delivery of Recruitment and HR processes across the organisation.

Providing administrative support to Recruitment and HR teams.
Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
Maintaining accurate employee and recruitment records.
Supporting recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
Assisting with correspondence, meetings and documentation.
Managing and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines.
Delivering excellent customer service.
We're looking for an organised and motivated individual who enjoys working with people and providing high-quality administrative support.
You will have:
Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
Confidence in handling enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face.
A positive and customer-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
