What you’ll do
We’re looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Complex Care Assistant to support a vibrant young girl at school and in her family home. She lives with her parents, older sister, and their friendly dog.
Described by her family as a “cheeky diva” with an infectious personality, she is sociable, determined, resilient, and full of life. She enjoys spending time with her sister, using her tablet, listening to music, and watching her favourite shows - especially Mr. Tumble.
With full training provided, you’ll have the chance to build specialist skills in areas like tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and more, all while making a genuine difference in her daily life.
If you’re ready to bring care, confidence, and joy into this amazing young girl’s world, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll need
Due to the client's needs, experience in tracheostomy care is desirable. Experience in intermittent catheter care, PEG feeding, suction, cough assist, sensory loss, and bladder and bowel care would also be desirable.
