Join our growing team
FS Panel Management is an established valuation and surveying panel management company working with clients and RICS-regulated surveying firms across the UK.
We make the valuation process straightforward for our clients by managing cases efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with our surveying panel and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information across our systems.
As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a confident, organised and personable administrator to join our team.
This is not a traditional administrative role. We’re looking for someone with strong administration, communication and customer service skills who enjoys speaking with people, researching information, keeping records accurate and building professional relationships.
What you’ll be doing
Your role will be varied and will include:
- Researching surveying firms and surveyors across the UK to help maintain and develop our nationwide panel.
- Keeping surveyor information, geographical coverage, qualifications and company details accurate and up to date.
- Contacting surveying firms by telephone and email to obtain information and build professional relationships.
- Supporting the onboarding of new surveying firms, including requesting and checking documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records using our CRM and internal systems.
- Regularly reviewing existing panel information and identifying areas where additional surveying coverage may be required.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with surveying firms, clients and colleagues.
- Professionally handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails.
- Creating and maintaining case and contact records.
- Assisting with quotations and general administration.
- Supporting the wider operations team during busy periods.
- Following up outstanding information and ensuring tasks are completed within required timescales.
About you
You don’t need previous surveying or recruitment experience.
We’re more interested in finding someone who is organised, confident communicating with people and takes pride in getting things right.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Have strong administration and organisational skills.
- Are confident and professional on the telephone.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoy providing good customer service and building relationships.
- Are comfortable contacting and speaking to new people.
- Have strong attention to detail and can demonstrate keeping information accurate.
- Are confident researching information online.
- Can manage several tasks and priorities at the same time.
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Are confident learning new systems and software.
- Take ownership of your workload and use your initiative.
- Are happy to follow up people when information is outstanding.
- Enjoy working as part of a small, friendly team.
Previous experience within an administration, customer service, account management, office support or relationship-based role would be advantageous.
What we offer
- Competitive salary of 25,000+ depending on experience.
- Monday–Friday working hours, 9:00am–5:30pm.
- 25 days + bank holidays per annum.
- Free on-site parking.
- Full training on our systems and the surveying and valuation industry.
- A varied role with the opportunity to take ownership and develop your responsibilities.
- The opportunity to join a small, established and growing business where your contribution is recognised.
- A friendly and supportive team environment.

This role would particularly suit someone who has worked in office administration or customer service and is looking for a role with more responsibility and variety.
If you can communicate well, stay organised, research accurately, build relationships and follow things through to completion, we’d love to hear from you.
