We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Design & Maritime Technologies Division. You’ll be responsible for finding and qualifying top-tier talent across Naval Architecture, Design, Engineering and Software. Our reach spans across the UK and Europe, working with some of the most prestigious companies in the new technologies, yachting and commercial shipping space.
The role itself will involve supporting our internal recruitment process by sourcing, engaging, and managing talent pipelines. This ensures that high-quality candidates are identified and aligned with the organisation’s hiring needs, contributing to workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. The Recruitment Resourcer will work closely with the hiring team to deliver an efficient and effective recruitment service.
You’ll be a key player in our talent pipeline, building relationships and ensuring our hiring needs are met with top-tier candidates.
What you'll be doing:
· Source and identify top candidates using job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
· Conduct initial screening interviews to assess suitability for internal roles.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and key stakeholders.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
· Maintain and grow our talent database and build 'Talent Pools' for specific roles.
· Write and post compelling job ads and manage internal referrals.
· Coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
· Support hiring staff with compliance checks, references, and offer processing.
· Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
· Leverage social media to build both your personal and company brand.
What you'll bring:
· Excellent people skills: building rapport and relationships.
· Strong communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
· Experience in a sales-focused environment is a plus but not required
· An interest in engineering, transport design or the maritime industry is desired but not essential.
We offer full onsite training for this role alongside a clear path for promotion to either a Resourcing Lead or Recruitment Consultant.
Please note - you do not need Design or Engineering knowledge for this role as all training is provided. Just a willingness to learn.
