We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Sales & Lettings Viewing Assistant to join our busy and growing team.
This is a varied, customer-facing role and would suit someone who enjoys meeting people, has a genuine interest in property and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
The Role
You will be responsible for conducting property viewings across our sales and lettings departments, helping prospective buyers and tenants find their next home and providing feedback to our clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting sales and lettings viewings
- Meeting and greeting prospective buyers and tenants
- Providing information about properties and developments
- Providing clear and accurate feedback to the sales and lettings teams
- Helping to generate interest and encourage offers/applications
- Assisting the wider team with general sales and lettings duties when required
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with people
- Professional and well presented
- Reliable, organised with good diary management.
- A good communicator with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently when conducting viewings
- Customer-focused and keen to provide a great experience
- A full UK driving licence holder with access to own vehicle
Previous estate agency experience would be an advantage, but is not essential – we are happy to consider someone with the right attitude, personality and customer service skills.
The role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the right candidate. Some weekend viewings will be required, so flexibility is important.
You will be joining an established, independent estate agency with a friendly and supportive team and the opportunity to develop your experience across both sales and lettings.
