We are looking for a line chef to join our busy team at The Old Hall Farm.
As part of the Marstons group, we are part of a bigger group with a new menu after we have changed from our 2 for 1 offering to a single priced menu. We currently offer our pub menu, carvery, a buffet menu for our stunning function room...and will soon be expanding to offer breakfast!
As part of the role, you will be required to work a busy section in the kitchen- preparing food for breakfast, main courses and buffets. You will be required to keep on top of due diligence, hygiene and cleanliness.
In return we offer flexible hours- the role can be full time or part time to fit around you. You would ideally be happy to work 4 or 5 days per week equating to 35-45 hours. Training and progression into a future role can be provided- including apprenticeships and development on our brand new DNA scheme.
The roles includes weekly pay plus a share of tips. Quarterly incentive bonuses provided by Marstons to offer staff parties and outings. We have a generous discount scheme of 30% off food & drinks across our pubs and hotels, plus high street discounts.
